MIDI SUBMISSION SITES

These places are just places where MIDI composers can have other people hear your music.  They're fun to go to because you can hear other people's stuff and its fun!

  • - The first place I started to submit my music.  Its a nice place, organized and stuff.  I found lots  of neat stuff on there.  Check it out.

  • - This is the home of the Midiots.  Great site, has lots of stuff that other people have written.  Its dedicated to only midi composers.  Good site, I joined the web ring to get my name out!

  • - This is a very very large site from in About.com that has a HUGE selection of MIDI's and MP3's by MIDI composers.  There's so much stuff there!

MIDI COMPOSER SITES

These are sites of Midi composers that I've listened to and I've enjoyed.  There aren't many, but I haven't had the time to look.  If your a MIDI composer and you'd like me to visit it, tell me!

  • Chris Tilton - This guy's good.  He's written music for RPG games and he's just got the knack. Excellent writer.  He's got his pieces on MP3's and MIDI's so you can get them.   My favorite pieces are "The Journey" and "Suite for Orchestra."  Also, he just got a flash page making it look sweet.  GO!

  • Kevin Manthai - This is the real deal, this guy gets paid to write music for alot of movies and games.  He's quite popular out there in Hollywood.  He wrote for "Vampire" a hit game by Nihlistic Software (I'm probably spelling that wrong, sorry)  He wrote for "The Emperor's new Groove" most recently.  Great guy too, offered to help me w/ my music.  :->

  • Steven Gutheinz - Film Composer - music for film and TV.  Funny guy too.

  • Matthew Drollinger - This guy's really neat. He has a totally different style, but I really like his music.  Its repetitive, but the themes are so well done you enjoy the whole thing.

OTHER SITES I'VE CREATED

  • - The JRTucker Band site.  I am a member of this Marching band from Richmond Virginia.  Jon Deutsch and Patrick Stevens started the page before I was a freshman and they handed it over to me.  Pretty good site, nice splash page designed by Jon Deutsch (now at ECU).

Mooses...Moosi.....Moosei... Love the Webmaster.  All the more reason to E-mail him.
